About Regenerative Treatments
Regenerative therapy helps in promoting tissue regeneration by harnessing the body’s natural healing abilities. These versatile cells contain growth factors and proteins that prompt the body to accelerate the healing process, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain. When injected into damaged tissues, these cells can stimulate the growth of new, healthy tissue, aiding in the repair of various structures like bones, tendons, ligaments, cartilage, and muscles. Commonly used for conditions such as osteoarthritis and chronic back pain, regenerative therapy offers a safe treatment option with minimal risk of adverse reactions, as the procedure is outpatient and the amniotic tissue used is FDA-regulated to ensure quality and safety.
How does it work?
Although not covered by insurance, many patients seek out the use of regenerative products to help restore damaged joints and nerves. Regenerative injections can take anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour, depending on the joints involved and the amount of regenerative product utilized. Patients usually experience long-lasting relief starting 1-30 days post-procedure. Regenerative treatments are the most natural procedure option.
